Let's make visible what color reveals Color does not just describe who you are. It reveals who you can become. The future of personal and professional growth is not made of standard formulas. It is a living, unique map, written in colors. For over thirty years, we have been exploring the profound language of color to transform it into a tool for knowledge, evolution, and concrete change. For us, color is not decoration. It is information. It is energy. It is a technology of consciousness capable of communicating with the mind, awakening inner resources, revealing talents, and guiding each person back to their authentic direction. We have transformed this vision into a method, a school, and a new profession. Through the Grammar of Light, we combine research, intuition, creativity, and experience to train individuals and professionals capable of reading what often remains invisible: blocks, potential, inner patterns, and unexplored possibilities. Our mission is to help individuals, professionals, and organizations recognize who they are, unleash their potential, and become conscious protagonists of change. Because when you learn to read colors, you no longer just observe reality. You learn to transform it.

The Way of Color

Mother, Entrepreneur, Visionary, Starseed. My name, Iliana, means "she who colors life": a mission that guides my every breath and every project. Founder of the School of Color Energy and creator of the Emotional Wellness method, I dedicate my life to scientific and holistic research on the development of human potential.
I actively collaborate with Research Clusters to bring awareness where there was once only habit. Born in Bologna, I carry with me the analytical intelligence of a Scorpio and the balance of a Libra Ascendant.

My Approach: Where Science Meets Spirit

My journey is a constant intertwining of two worlds that many see as distant: the rigor of international business (I have worked in over 80 countries worldwide) and the depth of holistic disciplines. With over thirty years of experience, I am: - Professional Colour Coach and Soul Coach - Holistic Operator Trainer - Writer I support SPAs, Wellness Centers, and professionals in the Beauty sector in developing wellness protocols that use the vibration of colors and sounds. I have collaborated with SIMP (Italian Society of Psychosomatic Medicine) and with the Color Coloris association, an observatory of expert enthusiasts united in the study and development of color in its various applications (fashion, design, furnishings, art, beauty, food).
I am a Professional Colour Coach and Holistic Operator Trainer, founder of the Ailight Method, which divides activities into: - Scuola Colore: A training institution regularly registered with ENPACO (code LLL250000001ILA), in full compliance with law 4/2013. - Colors for Life srl: Producer of vibrational remedies for emotional well-being.

Born in Bologna, I bring with me the analytical intelligence of a Scorpio and the balance of a Libra ascendant. Ailight®: The essence of transformation

My entrepreneurial activity is centered around Ailight® – School of Colour and Colors for Life srl, where research becomes daily practice. As a trainer, I have guided over 2000 people on their growth journey, directing a unique two-year professional program for Colour Coaches in Italy. My research also translates into the creation of vibrational products and over 20 training manuals that make up the didactic body of my School.
